I switched from a hormonal IUD to the copper IUD and immediately started experiencing the worst periods I’ve ever experienced. Although the IUD has helped with mood issues, it’s made cramps almost unbearable. The Livia has made such a difference in my life. I truly did not believe that this device would work because I had tried everything but it really does and I am so happy to be able to write this positive review for them. It’s affordable and it’s so worth it.
