I recently ordered this workout, never received the emailed password, was able to set up one, and downloaded the app on my Roku TV, but I can't access the workouts on it, it keeps saying I have to select a plan and pay more money to use the TV vs. my Android phone. You can't deal with anyone and I'm very frustrated and I haven't even started the workouts. I'm through with this company, even if I do lose weight, or ultimately enjoy the workout. Your customer service makes it hard to trust your product. You can do better, maybe.
