Vroom made everything right after escalating.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Overall would not recommend! Ease of buying the vehicle is a 5/5. Customer service and responsiveness is a 1/5. Quality of vehicle 1/5 - received car and tires were bald, needed all new breaks, rotors, oil change, etc., etc. I tried to talk to someone for many days and they just ignored my calls. Would not recommend.
