    Overall Experience:

    12/9/20 - TAPfit finally came through with a refund, $144. So I am out $49, which still a better outcome than I expected. Just be aware that it is extremely difficult to contact this company when there is a problem.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Buyer be very aware

    Ordered in October. Received beginning of November. Taps wouldn't fit over shoes properly. Got an RMA to return, which I did at a cost to me of $26. The returned product has been in their hands since 11/25/20. No response. Sent an email and, of course, going to check into it. That is always their answer and no one follows up. I am sure I am going to out the original price I paid of $167, plus the $26 to ship back to them. In addition, they are going to charge me for my free shipping when I bought it. And, finally, I have nothing to show for it. I am hopping mad!
