Amazon pillow is cheaper, no delivery, but the TV website sent it to me even though I did not complete the order, and now I have to pay shipping to send it back, even though I did try to cancel the order the same day.
My husband is not even using the first one any longer, and now I got one I did not even order.
Pros and Cons:
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
