Have a unit with a manufacturing defect. Customer service is horrible. Buyer beware. When you call them they say they are experiencing high customer call volume and tell you to email them, when you email them they say look at the FAQ's and if you don't find the answer call them. For the price, I expect better support. Very disappointed.
