My experience with Livia has always been amazing. I'm stage four endo and my cramps were horrible. I got my Livia device and it automatically was noticeable how much it helped me with my pain. I recently just lost an ovary and a tube on my left side, recovery from that was awful and I used my Livia every day and to my surprise, it even helped with that pain. An amazing device I highly recommend.
