We refinanced with Rocket. The process was simple and easy and I love that we didn't have to drive and inconvenience ourselves to get information or paperwork to someone by a specific day or time.
The website is easy to navigate and all you do is upload any documents that they need. They tell you what is needed and the website keeps a log of everything that you upload and the documents that they have you look at and sign.
At closing, the agent comes to you! At a time and place you choose...whether it be at home, workplace, coffee shop.
The experience we had with Rocket was by far so much better and less stressful than our first closing.
