    Overall Experience:

    It’s been over a month and we haven’t received the check. I reached out to Brishae a while back and she responded and said she would let me know, but that was four days ago. Since then, we’ve found more stains, including what looks like spilled nail polish, the key fob battery had to be replaced, and the oil indicator says we need an oil change. These are all little things that I feel like shouldn’t be coming up a month after owning the car and should’ve been taken care of before we received the car. I’m getting a little annoyed at this situation.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Would use again

    It wasn’t 100% smooth with Vroom but everything ended well. My husband was told incorrect information by a snarky customer service rep when he called a couple of times, but we dealt with Geovany during the sale and Brishae followed up the sale, and they were both helpful and forthright. The car came with a dirty interior, but Brishae squared this away by sending us a check to clean it with no fuss. We got a good deal on a 2019 Dodge Durango and overall, we’ll check out Vroom again for our next vehicle.
