Great trade-in value and better pricing with no games

Overall Experience:

From getting a good trade-in value from Mellisa to picking out a 2020 low mileage Infinity QX60 with salesman Sal, everything was great!
Pros and Cons:
- Shopping from my home computer
- Friendliness of everyone I spoke to
- Finding the perfect SUV for my wife
- The paperwork ball was dropped twice
- The 14 days to have it delivered
- The wrong information we would receive from calls to obviously new people who still didn’t know their jobs
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
