I wasn't sure how this would work out. However, all I did was to fill out the simple questionnaire. I was told that I would receive a follow-up phone call today. Right on time, the phone rings and it was the nurse practitioner from Lemonaid. I was asked a few simple questions and bang, my prescription is on its way. Thanks Lemonaid.
