I was so excited to try Thrive! I bought a 3-day sample pack prior to taking the plunge and spending the $100, and thank God I did!

About 20 minutes after taking the pills and putting the patch on, my throat swelled up and it was hard to swallow, then I literally felt like I took an entire box of Dulcolax.

Trust me, just stick with eating healthy and exercise.

Huge thumbs down. The only plus is the shakes taste pretty good so if you’re looking for a quick breakfast or lunch they seem to be fine so far.
