    Bombas customer service

    I ordered socks from Bombas on November 21, 2020. ETA December 4th.

    No socks. I waited a while longer and no socks. Contacted the company by email and was told that they were stuck at the border. I was sent an email with a solution that Bombs would send a gift card for the amount plus $25.00 I replied but no gift card or refund to my credit card. Emailed again before Christmas and got another email saying that they handle inquiries chronologically and to wait. Sent another email a week later. Received the same email about waiting again.

    I can't say much about the product but the "Happiness Team" (what they call customer service) is not too good. I have asked just for a refund, no extra money, just my money back. This is very frustrating, to say the least. The company's charitable efforts are to be commended. But service is key in this business.
