I enjoy it. Though I wish I weren't a bit too anxious to talk over the phone or have therapy sessions via Zoom. I still feel that there are many compassionate people here trying to help. I just hope that those on the other side are also taking good care of themselves. I know what that is like as well. Trying to help others. It can be emotionally draining at times, and can definitely lead to burning out. I think I understand why BetterHelp does what it does. Everyone deserves kindness and compassion. Especially at times where mental illness and difficulties are running amok.
Hopefully, I can one day do what all of you at better help do. My therapy is helping other people out. It feels nice. Or, just talking with others really. Really connect with others. Hard to do so over a computer screen though.
