I'm on the 3rd bottle and I'm impressed with how nice my skin is looking. The spots aren't gone, but are barely visible or getting smaller. A friend said I look younger. I do take Gundry MD Primal Plants and Vital Reds daily, which also helps with acne and less oiliness.
