For years I used NIA114 neck tightening cream and it worked very well. Unfortunately, the company decided to change its formula. Why?

I bought the new one, now it is half its size and the same price, but it is very bad for me, I broke out in a terrible rash, had to get allergy shots and creams to bring my rash down.

Why, when the old formula worked, would you change it?

I will not buy your product again!
