It's too early to tell as I'm only on day 4 but I mix it with my post workout protein shake and enjoy the added flavor. I think it's a bit early to expect life-changing results but I have faith in the product as all other medical paths I've gone down have not helped my health. I think I'm on to something here with Multi-GI. Time will tell, I ordered 6 units and will go through all six units and document the improvements in my health.
