I hesitated before leaving this poor review. I gave them a chance Friday after sitting for hours with my phone open in a "waiting room" screen and nothing happening. It would not even allow me to keep the app open and do other tasks on my phone. I sent a message politely asking for an appointment time, which is how other online Teladoc services handle things and it works quite smoothly. I simply got a call and a written message response back telling me what hours I had to try this ridiculous system again. So I tried again this morning, Monday. After over an hour waiting, I replied to a text from a relative and got thrown out again. I don’t have a computer or another device to do this consult from, only my phone. I tried again this afternoon, also during the hours I was told to try, and nothing. Just sitting with my phone in an app waiting room saying please wait and DOING NOTHING. This is not the way you handle paying customers! I will be taking my money and my business to other online health providers and making sure my family and friends do the same!
