Overall Experience:

The execution of my refinance through Quicken Loans was flawless. I'm excited to be saving over $100 per month and the process was quite simple.
Pros and Cons:
- Knowledgeable mortgage banker
- Low rate
- Great customer service
- Haven't been informed much on the processing of a refund of excess money from my loan paid off by the refinance
