Signed up on Thursday night. Early Friday morning, my email alerted me that an NP was now online so I could do a video appointment. I hopped over to the appointment page. Do not leave the page or you'll lose your place in line! The wait was about 20 minutes, so I kept the page open on my phone, and watched a few DIY videos on my computer.
