I started taking the Morning Complete about 2 weeks ago as part of a healthy lifestyle change. I cut out all added sugar and stayed eating lots of veggies and lean proteins while watching my carbs and cutting out white bread and that sort of thing. Also cut out alcohol and make sure to get 60+ oz of water a day. I feel good overall and my sugar cravings are gone. The only thing is I have a HORRIBLE headache. I can’t figure out what else it would be from except the Morning Complete since it’s the only thing I have added.
Pros and Cons:
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
