BetterHelp has been such a great outlet for me through my trials in life. My counselor Sandra Lepe was a perfect match for me and has helped me grow and give me the proper tools to get through my grief. I love how you can choose any form of talking to your counselor, whether it be video chat, phone call, or messaging. Also the option to send what you wrote in your journal to your counselor. Just the ease of being able to connect with a professional counselor is just awesome.
