I wanted to make sure I had used the product long enough to make a clear and calculated decision on continued use of the product. Since using the product I feel less stress and more energy. Pleased that you could take the product on an empty stomach and not affect negatively when time to eat. I have even taken the product, exercised and then eaten without any complications. So glad the company cares what you think and stays in touch to encourage proper use and understanding of the product.
