I am truly pleased with this product. I love the taste and it mixes well with my other drinks. It gives me energy and I am encouraged with my healthier eating by taking my Multi-GI 5 on a daily basis. It has become a part of my routine and I pour myself a scoop full in little containers and keep it in my bag in case I ever am in a hurry and leave the house without taking it. Thank you so much for being on this journey with me. I won’t get on the scale until the 31st to see what my weight loss will be. I will let you know. My gut really feels much better and is softer.
