Well, we were all good in the beginning. Except for not telling us in time that house insurance was needed to be paid in full for the year. We were scrambling to get that done otherwise it would have put us back on our close date. Also, when they tell you a close date do not expect to close by that date. Ours was moved one time. Marzia and Kye were very helpful.
