    Paying took a long time

    Overall Experience:

    It took them 4 weeks to get me a check that didn't bounce, and didn't bother to reimburse me for the chargeback fee.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    They have trouble paying

    Sold my car to Vroom and it is a disaster. For 4 weeks now I'm waiting to get my money and they are unable to get it done. First they sent a check to the wrong address. As soon as I noticed this through Track & Trace I notified them. They were going to cancel the check and send a new one to the correct address. That check arrived...and bounced. Turns out the first check wasn't canceled. And my bank charged me a chargeback fee. For weeks now they claim they are trying to get me a new check, but nothing happens. It's about time I get a lawyer involved.
