I've only been using these products for about a month now but my hair is starting to feel healthier at the roots, so I'm hopeful that it continues to strengthen my hair more and more as I continue to use the products. I'm also noticing less hair in my drain after a shower, which tells me that it's working. I can't wait to see more results in 6-8 months.
