When I first signed up, I was able to get the fee subsidized to match what we are financially capable of spending. The first counselor I was matched with never responded to me so I found a new one and she is amazing. Really easy to book appointments, fill out worksheets, and keep in contact with my counselor. I have found this service very helpful.
