I truly recommend Livia. I have severe periods and Livia seems to be the only thing that keeps my cramps under control. When ibuprofen, Tylenol, and other medications won't touch it, Livia does. Although shipping did take a very long time, it is worth the wait. My only complaint was my cord shorted out and I needed to replace it after 1ish year of use. Other than that, I've had no issues. The battery lasts a long time, it's comfortable to wear, and conceals itself fairly easily under whatever you wear. Overall, it is a great product!
