It's changed a lot of things - excuse me but my "pooping" is easier and more "scheduled", I feel less bloated and less hungry.
The taste is very good - I find it a little "spicy" (aftertaste), but that may be that I don't add enough water when I mix it.
I'm a very energetic person, this seems to add a little help. I'm looking forward to continued good results!
