I was so frustrated with this because I was in the waiting room page for a while and I had just given up. But not long after that, I got a text, email, AND a phone call letting me know they were ready for me and I could join the video. My doctor was super understanding and probably one of the first times I didn’t feel ignored or rushed. I did not realize healthcare could be THIS easy.
