BetterHelp is an amazing online platform that offers counseling for a variety of issues. I feel my experience was extremely positive and I was matched with a counselor that was just what I needed and never thought about seeking another (although it is an option). My counselor helped me extensively and it’s the best thing I could have done to take care of me.
