I bought to help aid weight loss. I expect that will take a while to kick in as only on the journey for one month so far. An unexpected side effect is I have gone from chronic gallbladder attacks every day to zero. I have canceled my plans for an operation to remove it, and hope that I will be able to return to a fully functioning healthy digestive system. Your gallbladder function is to break fats down, so I am confident my weight will soon return to normal. I also no longer suffer reflux. I have no clue why this happened but true story!
