My period cramps are always horrible. They affected my work largely because the pain was all I could think of, being unable to function except lying in bed wishing it leaves.
Before I knew about Livia, I've tried almost everything from meds to hot water pouches/heat packs and I was skeptical at first but I was kind of in dire need so I decided to order one for myself. It was not the cheapest solution but it is reusable and it's kinda of cute, but every cent was worth it to end the suffering.
It was easy to use and actually effective. I will usually just leave it there and 20 minutes later forget about it. I was able to work comfortably and had a better appetite on my period as well!
