Overall not bad. Too often attachments seemed to get lost. I'm glad that I copied our original contact on everything. A lot of back and forth with our trust. It was difficult to speak with our second contact person. Voice messages and emails took several days before we heard back about several issues. The independent closing agent was great but we still haven't received our final closing documents and deed. Final thought is after going over all the numbers, it still looks like we are owed about $270.00.
