Excellent service + compassionate care

Overall Experience:

My counselor, Dannielle Taylor, and the BetterHelp platform have been an anchoring point for me at a difficult transition in my life. I recommend this platform AND my counselor, to both friends and clients alike. I am grateful that this kind of service exists!
Pros and Cons:
- Being able to read about the therapist specialty and expertise
- Number of therapists to chose from
- Quick/efficient access to therapist
- Affordability
- Access to webinars
- Therapists aren't grouped by speciality
- Lack of a search option to narrow down therapist options by specialty
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
