Do not buy from Vroom, this company sucks and does not care to help

Overall Experience:

Please, for the sake of your mental health, do not buy a car from Vroom! I have been waiting 11 months for my plates and registration and Anastasia McCoy, the agent, has done nothing. I can't even talk to her when I call because she prefers email. Do not do it!
Pros and Cons:

- Long hold times
- Agents will hang up on you
- Too many department transfers
- I can't ask to speak with a manager
- Car dirty when dropped off
- They will charge you for tires even though they say they won't
- Disgusting customer service skills
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
