I used to suffer from dysmenorrhea. In 2019 my doctor informed me that I have a small stone in my kidney and one of the causes is excessive use of pain relievers. Whenever I have my monthly period I will normally take 6 tablets of pain reliever but that changed when I got my first Livia. I no longer need to take pain killers, a simple press on my Livia takes my pain away. Kudos Livia!
