Overall Experience:

I have been on BetterHelp since April 2020. Have talked to two different counselors. Very thankful for their services. Customer service is amazing! This is a company that understands their mission and is achieving it to help people.
Pros and Cons:
- Customer service
- Counselor selection
- Scheduling
- Cannot turn on and off service while under financial aid
- Cannot access chat while in video session on iPhone
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
