BetterHelp has made a believer out of me and that’s saying something. I’m probably the most skeptical person at times I had a “yeah right, nothing works like that” attitude. I will say this does, now it’s not been all easy! It’s been pretty simple but not all of it is easy. BetterHelp and the counselors assist with all the activities and self-help redirecting of negative to positive thoughts that have fixed so many of my issues.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
