    Amazing, Ty is awesome!

    Overall Experience:

    I just got back from my first visit today and everything seems to have gone really well, though I did notice that I did not meet with an actual dentist, his name was on top of the scan screen and was definitely not any of the people I met.

    Aside from that, I received outstanding customer service, everyone was extremely friendly, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Do not be afraid to ask any questions, they really do know what they are talking about. I had my scan done by Ty, who was very thorough and provided very comprehensive explanations of everything that was going to be in the kit, how to care for the aligners, how to whiten my teeth, etc. Even though Ty is not a dentist I completely trusted her based on her knowledge and professionalism during the treatment.

    I also received a free goody bag containing a teeth whitener, a very good quality chapstick, and a bright on blue light whitening tool with a case, I was impressed by the quality of it as well.

    I should be receiving the kit in about a month, if it ruins my life I will definitely change my review, but until then, I highly recommend them! Good luck!

    Pros and Cons:

    • Knowledgeable staff, no hidden costs, full transparency.
    • Professional staff, very welcoming and knew what they were doing.
    • Great atmosphere, I sat in a very nice lobby that had a self-serve cafe like a help yourself Starbucks.
    • No “cons” were specified in this review

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
