I was really very nervous about the visit. I tried to start this process back in October and chickened out. Finally got a breaking point and I was super anxious as to the visit. Considered canceling many times, but I’m so glad I didn’t. I feel like I’ve taken a step in the right direction and am on my journey of better mental health.
