Gundry MD Bio Complete 3

My first month with Bio Complete 3
- Length of Use: Less than 3 months
Overall Experience:

I first made the decision to try the Dr. Gundry Plant Paradox 30-day plan as my New Years' resolution 2021. In January 2021 I started the eating plan and felt so much better. I went to the Dr. Gundry website and decided on Bio Complete 3 on 2/3/21. It is now March 5th and I can see I have lost weight and am feeling much better overall.

The most apparent improvement is I am sleeping better.

I plan to add more products as I make progress.

Thank you Dr. Gundry!
Pros and Cons:
- The very first day I was able to tell my digestion was improved
- I have hoped my micro biome will get all the bad bugs out
- I sleep more soundly and wake up feeling rested
- No “cons” were specified in this review
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
