Thanks to the ease of video chats, phone calls, and text messaging, BetterHelp has made the therapy so easy for me to stick to.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a session from my bed with my head still on my pillow. Had I not had that option, I may not have made it to my session and that in and of itself is a win for me.

When I first started BetterHelp, I had a therapist with who I wasn’t meshing well with, but they have an easy process to make changing therapists smooth. My current therapist, I’ve been seeing for 5 months and couldn’t be happier. She is flexible, accommodating, and, most importantly, amazing at her job. I’ve learned so much.

I think teletherapy is really changing the game and I’m so impressed with all that Betterhelp has done for me (and I’m sure countless others) over this last year. I’ve always struggled with my mental health, but the pandemic hit me so hard. Not to sound dramatic, but I truly don’t know where I would be without it.
