So before I started taking Bio Complete 3 I was sluggish, my intended thoughts were to do this and do that. No, I just sat around doing nothing. Then saw on Facebook about the product and gave it a try. I have type 2 diabetes. I’ve had it for 4-6 years. I finally said to myself, but this product can’t hurt. So I did and am feeling great!
