Since taking the Bio Complete 3, I have really noticed a difference. I don't have that horrible uncomfortable bloating feeling in my stomach anymore and I have also lost some weight, which is fantastic. There are alot of different products on the market claiming weight loss, etc., but I really do believe this is the best product I have had and it really does work. Thanks.
