I suffer with incontinence and am not ready for the underwear. I have bought pads for incontinence from the store and they don't seem to work like the Because ones. I use the regular pads from Because and occasionally use the maximum ones but very seldom. I feel very confident that I can go places and not have to worry about leaking.
