    Overall Experience:

    I have subscribed to FFF for 3 years. I had, for the most part, been happy and felt like the products, even if they weren't for me, were worth the money. My Winter box was kind of crappy but I was optimistic. I got my Spring box today and just contacted them to cancel. I got a box worth of crap I would never have purchased for anything. I wonder if the company has been bought out? I sent a message to the customer service rep who responded with a condescending and rude message to me which made me cancel immediately. I am going to try CAUSEBOX, all of my girlfriends have canceled FFF and now, so am I.

    Pros and Cons:

    • Loved the product sizes
    • Cute outer box and inner packaging
    • Usually could rehome the items I didn't want easily or trade
    • Customer service
    • Cheap Dollar Store products in my last box (Spring 2021)

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
