For the past several years I have had a problem with loose bowels. My doctor recommended I drink a glass of Metamucil every day. This helped some. I decided to try Dr. Gundry's product after watching his video on problems with your gut. Not only has the Bio Complete 3 helped to firm up my stool and keep me going first thing every day, but I have been able to stop the Metamucil. I love this product!
