Super fast on filling my order and getting it delivered in pretty durable, reusable containers. Here comes the "improvement part". In the description, the Survival Foods would be packed in a strong, high-quality, tear-proof material that could withstand up to whatever disaster was thrown at us. But, the letter that came with the shipment explained, "due to the nature of getting your order to you expedited, the food was packed in less durable packaging. In one container there was an open package of food that looked like maybe a utility knife had came in contact with it. Not really all that big of a problem, but maybe in the future that could be an option for the customer to decide if they want the cheaper packaging, idk. Just being honest, and that didn't stop me from buying more of their delicious survival foods!
